Once an order has been placed, we require 1–3 business days for processing.
Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within one business day.
Orders placed on Friday evenings or during the weekend may take slightly longer to process.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait for delivery and follow our Returns Policy if applicable.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
There is no minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.
Delayed Order?
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur.
If your order is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Order Not Received?
If you have not received your package after the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us via email with your order number, and our support team will assist you.
