Please note: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


1. Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • Complete & intact: All original parts, components, and packaging must be included and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Normal handling only: No damage caused by misuse, excessive wear, or careless handling.

  • Hygiene items: Must be returned unused and thoroughly cleaned.

  • Defective items: Items that arrive defective must be reported promptly.

  • Return shipping: All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Processing time: Returns are reviewed and processed within 7 business days after receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears used, damaged, or does not meet the conditions above.


How to initiate a return

Please email support@laurajayden-charleston.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (required if damaged or defective)

  • Full name and delivery address

We will reply with the correct return instructions and address.
Do not send returns to the sender’s address.

All items must be shipped back at your own expense.


2. Order Cancellations

Our system processes orders automatically and begins fulfillment shortly after purchase.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has started.

  • If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You must wait for delivery and then follow the return process above.


3. Shipments in Transit

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners in Asia.

If your order is already in transit:

  • Cancellation before delivery is not possible.

  • Please wait for delivery and then request a return.

  • Providing tracking information will help us process your return faster.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund as follows:

Refund method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


5. Refunds via Store Credit or Discount Code

If you choose (or agree) to receive your refund in the form of a store credit or discount code, this will be considered the final and complete resolution of your return.

  • Store credits and discount codes cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or replaced.

  • Items purchased using store credit or discount codes are not eligible for additional refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Store credit may only be used on our official website.

  • Any remaining balance remains valid until the stated expiration date.

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.


6. Duplicate Orders

In rare cases, a duplicate order may occur during checkout.

  • Duplicate orders are not eligible for automatic cancellation.

  • Standard return and refund conditions apply.

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping or customs costs.


7. Return Address

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.
Return details will be provided by email after your request is approved.
